A growing collection of yoga, meditation, and relaxation videos that one can access anytime, anywhere. These carefully constructed practices of varying lengths are designed to tone the spine, open the hips, release anxiety, and more.

 Live Online Classes

Join us daily for a virtual class with a live teacher. Also varying in style and length, in these practices get feedback, ask questions or just tune into the energy of a group class from your home or office. 

Yoga at Rising Park

The option to gather in nature for practice. There is also an option to gather on top of Mount Pleasant and practice as well. (Must be scheduled in advance)
